These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SKIN Pulse™ website and services provided by SKIN Venture Works, Inc. (“SKIN,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).


By accessing the website or purchasing SKIN Pulse, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

SKIN Pulse is a one-time strategic diagnostic based solely on materials submitted by the purchaser (“Founder”).


The service includes:

  • Review of submitted materials

  • Independent written analysis

  • Delivery of a report typically within two (2) business days after intake submission


SKIN Pulse does not include ongoing advisory services unless separately agreed in writing.

2. No Professional Advice

The SKIN Pulse report:


  • Is an independent strategic perspective

  • Is provided for informational purposes only

  • Does not constitute legal, financial, tax, accounting, or investment advice

  • Does not guarantee outcomes


All business decisions remain your responsibility.

3. Payment & Refunds

Payment is processed through Stripe.

All purchases are one-time payments.


Because SKIN allocates review resources immediately upon intake submission:

  • Purchases are non-refundable once intake materials are submitted.

  • If payment is made but intake is not submitted within seven (7) days, you may request cancellation.


We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

4. Intellectual Property & Report Protection
4.1 Ownership

All materials you submit remain your property.


The SKIN Pulse report, including:


  • Analytical frameworks

  • Scoring systems

  • Diagnostic methodology

  • Written commentary

  • Structure and presentation


is the exclusive intellectual property of SKIN Venture Works, Inc.

4.2 License Granted to Founder

Upon full payment, SKIN grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to:


  • Use the report internally within your company

  • Share the report privately with co-founders, employees, investors, or advisors


You may not:


  • Reproduce the report for commercial resale

  • Publish the full report publicly

  • Modify and redistribute it as your own work

  • Use SKIN methodologies to create derivative commercial products


Unauthorized commercial use constitutes intellectual property infringement.

4.3 Derivative Use Restriction

The diagnostic structure, scoring logic, and analytical format of SKIN Pulse are proprietary.


You agree not to:


  • Reverse engineer the methodology

  • Replicate the scoring framework

  • Use the report as a template for competing services

5. Confidentiality

Confidentiality obligations are governed by the Mutual NDA accepted during intake submission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:


SKIN’s total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to SKIN Pulse shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.


Under no circumstances shall SKIN be liable for:


  • Indirect damages

  • Lost profits

  • Lost revenue

  • Business interruption

  • Strategic misjudgments

  • Investor decisions

  • Funding outcomes


You assume full responsibility for any business decisions made based on the report.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SKIN from claims arising out of:


  • Your misuse of the report

  • Violation of these Terms

  • Unauthorized distribution of proprietary content

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
