Where can I work with Alfred?
Alfred in Slack is a controlled pilot requiring workspace setup and is not available to every subscriber. Your private Workspace remains an option. WhatsApp is coming soon; no launch date is confirmed. Alfred can acknowledge requests 24/7; human-reviewed delivery follows business days. Meeting arrangements are agreed in your scope.
When will I see progress?
First trial output target: within two business days after scope is agreed and required materials are received. A complete project is not promised within two days. Larger projects follow agreed milestones and delivery dates. One active task at a time. Pilot targets, not a guaranteed SLA. For ongoing work, scope review is targeted within one business day; most small agreed tasks take two to three business days. These are indicative pilot targets, not a promise to finish a whole project in that time.
What can I try for $99?
One bounded sample task with no automatic subscription. Possible starting points include one investor slide, a homepage hero draft, or a process checklist. Confirm the exact output and inputs first. A full deck, website or deployed automation is not automatically included.
What does a monthly plan include?
Build is $499/month for one narrow recurring job. Momentum is $999/month for a bounded connected project or workflow with strategy, execution and iteration. Named outputs, volume, revision boundaries, exclusions and dates must be agreed in writing before payment. Neither is unlimited work.
What if the work needs changes?
Agree acceptance criteria and revision boundaries before starting. Corrections needed to meet the approved scope are distinct from new requests. Changes outside the scope require a new agreement before that work starts. Existing customers keep their agreed correction rights.
Can I pay now?
Only after SKIN and you agree the scope in writing. Confirm that agreement on the offer page before continuing to Stripe. A questionnaire draft is not approval. Accepted work remains owed without paying again for the same work; cancellation stops future renewal. Refunds cover non-delivery, billing errors or legal requirements, with partial non-delivery valued in the agreed work plan. A change of mind after work starts does not qualify. Try SKIN remains refundable before substantive work starts. Existing customer rights are preserved in the service policy.
What if the project is bigger?
Start with a smaller useful output, or agree a bounded project with milestones. One task is active at a time. Extra work requires approval; a list of possible deliverables is not an included package.
