Before a new offer can start

Agree the named work, recurring volume or project boundaries, inclusions, exclusions, revisions, acceptance criteria, inputs and delivery dates in writing before payment. SKIN confirms inputs and capacity before accepting the task or project. The written work plan also allocates the fee across deliverables before payment.
Accepted work and cancellation
Accepted work remains owed until delivered, without charging again for that same work. There is no separate bank of unused hours or unrequested tasks. Cancellation stops future monthly renewals and does not erase accepted work still owed. Use the billing portal below to cancel.
Refunds and corrections
Try SKIN is refundable before substantive task work begins: after scope approval, receipt of required materials and a start notice from SKIN. Once work starts, a change of mind does not qualify for a refund. Refunds remain available for non-delivery, billing errors or where applicable law requires them.
For partial non-delivery, the refund uses the values allocated to undelivered work in the written work plan agreed before payment. It cannot exceed the relevant fee actually paid, accounting for refunds already issued; the same work or payment is not refunded twice. No refund is based on an unpromised funding, sales or other business outcome.
SKIN corrects or reperforms work needed to meet the agreed scope without an additional charge. New work or a scope change requires agreement before it starts. Contact dom@skin.global about delivery, corrections or a refund. Existing customer agreements and rights remain unchanged.
First trial output target: within two business days after scope is agreed and required materials are received. A complete project is not promised within two days. Larger projects follow agreed milestones and delivery dates. One active task at a time. Pilot targets, not a guaranteed SLA.

Your agreed scope, cancellation, rollover, refund and correction rights remain in force. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your current paid period and valid carryover remain available under your existing terms. SKIN-delayed approved work retains its protection; you do not have to renew solely for SKIN to finish it.
