Is this fractional COO support?
Module + Execution gives you embedded operating support for a clearly defined sprint. It is not open-ended executive ownership, and your leadership team retains all company decisions.
Which tools can SKIN configure?
We can implement your system in your existing stack or in a lightweight workspace such as Notion, Airtable or Google Sheets, depending on your agreed scope.
Will SKIN help my team adopt the system?
Full Module gives you the configured operating system and adoption plan. Module + Execution adds a defined period of working sessions, KPI tracking, decision support and team follow through so the system becomes part of how the company works.
What information will SKIN need from us?
We agree the required access before work begins. This usually includes current plans, measures, ownership information, meeting cadence and the people responsible for company decisions.
