EXISTING CUSTOMER POLICY
Existing purchase terms — effective October 16, 2026
These terms describe existing purchases, not the new proposed offers. They are preserved here for customers whose agreement uses this policy.
Plans and scope
Try SKIN is $49 USD for 1 equivalent work hour, paid once, with no automatic subscription. Monthly plans are Starter ($149 / 5 equivalent work hours), Build ($399 / 20) and Momentum ($999 / 60). Final currency, tax and total are shown at checkout. Equivalent hours estimate the work a skilled professional would normally need to complete the agreed task; they are not staffed human hours or a billable clock. Scope, estimate and delivery date are agreed before work starts.
Cancellation
Cancellation stops the next renewal. You retain the current paid period, including valid rolled hours, until that period ends. Use the Stripe customer portal to manage billing or cancel your subscription: Manage billing / cancel subscription ↗. Sign in using the email associated with your subscription.
Rollover
Unused hours from the current monthly allowance carry into the immediately following paid month once. The oldest hours are used first. Rolled hours expire at the end of that following month and do not roll again. Hours for an approved task delayed by SKIN do not expire because of that delay. You do not have to renew solely for SKIN to finish that approved task.
Try SKIN refunds
The $49 one-time trial is refundable before substantive task work begins. Substantive task work starts after scope is approved, required materials are received, and SKIN has provided a start notice.
Monthly refunds and non-delivery
Monthly fees are generally nonrefundable, except for billing errors, non-delivery or where applicable law requires otherwise. For undelivered hours, the refund is the fee actually paid for the source billing period multiplied by the undelivered equivalent hours, divided by that period’s original equivalent-hour allowance. Rolled hours retain their original source period for this calculation. Refunds cannot exceed the relevant fee actually paid, taking account of refunds already issued. The same payment or undelivered hours are not refunded twice.
Corrections and changed scope
Corrections needed to meet the approved scope do not consume additional hours. New work or changed scope requires a new estimate and your approval before that additional work starts.
Pilot delivery targets
Try SKIN: first delivery within 2 business days after scope is agreed and required materials are received. All monthly plans: scope and estimate within 1 business day; most small tasks delivered within 2–3 business days. Larger projects get agreed milestones and a delivery date before starting. One active task at a time initially; you choose what comes next. Higher tiers buy capacity, with the same service standard across plans. Alfred can acknowledge requests 24/7; human-reviewed delivery follows business days. These are pilot targets, not a guaranteed SLA.
